Sinzu served a two year stint in jail in the US after being convicted and found guilty of identity fraud charges. After being released in March 2018, Sinzu has returned to social media and while the glory days may be in the rearview mirror, the hunger and desire to try music out one more time continue to exist. His biggest release back in the day was Davido assisted Carolina and while in DC as part of Memorial Weekend festivities, Davido brought out the rapper.

Prior to the show, NotJustOk’s Ovie had taken to social media suggesting there would be a big announcement made at the show. Davido followed up claiming he’d be announcing his latest act, just a couple of days after officially signing Idowest to the DMW label.
Bringing out Sinzu and then DMW’s President, Sir Banko taking to Twitter to welcome the rap act into the 30BG fold is all you need to know Sinzu will be closely affiliated with the gang.
Whether or not he shall earn a deal similar to that of acts like Mayorkun and Dremo or simply have an associational deal like Dammy Krane once did, we shall find out.
