Over the past couple of years, the Alternative scene in Nigeria has grown in leaps and bounds as artists have learnt to take pride in their uniqueness. This is manifested through the music where there’s a fusion of genres and also through the visual elements. Atela is one of those acts who seems to be thriving at the moment. Jankara has strains that conform to what I imagine Yoruba Country sounds like, thanks to the production of Fome Peters.
