DRB Lasgidi Teams Up With Olamide For Street Pop Hybrid ‘Shomo’

DRB Lasgidi and Olamide are an unlikely pair but as the group revs up their engine for their December show, they step out of their comfort zones to provide us with necessary heat as they did on their final hit of 2018, the Odunsi assisted Necessary. As things get heated up this season, they turn to the streets for a final showdown and tap none other than Olamide for the single titled Shomo.

Short and direct, the Pheelz directed single finds the group playing over a low but intense percussion-driven instrumental with loose lyrics that allude to their love for the good life and all good things that come with it. Olamide bridges the Pop abundant track with a stellar opener that sets the mood and pace for BOJ’s alluring chorus, followed by verses delivered by Fresh L and Teezee the track could have done without.
