Every member of the DMW crew has capitalized on the interdependence of their group and since its inception, they’ve honed their existence as cohabitants with the same sound and goal. This year has been no different. Davido’s inclusion of Mayorkun in his third album speaks to this and again, today, with the latter’s appearance on Dremo’s comeback single, E Be Tins.
Mayorkun’s feature isn’t the only near-constant on this single but also, Dremo’s flow, his quirky approach to punchlines, and Fresh VDM’s heavy bass rhythms that aim to give credence to Dremo’s delivery.
As usual, E Be Tins is Dremo’s fusion of loose commentary poised as a bar fest and strong social media references made to address his current view on life. This time he uses the popular phrase ‘e be things’ to shed light on his relationship issues and struggles with societal acceptance.
