Weaving in the realities of many children in Nigeria today, Umoren touches on homelessness. He centers his movie around two kids living on the street as a result of domestic issues, playing with our emotions through his characterization and his presentation of the people on the screen. An air of hope comes to life as his audience take in the scenes. We find ourselves drawn to the characters on screen wishing more than ever, that they find their happiness, that they find a home.
