Mr Eazi has been a busy man of late. As he preps the release of Life is Eazi, Vol 2- Lagos To London he releases the video for latest single, My Property. Previous singles, London Town and Overload were targeted at the London and Lagos demographics. With My Property which is a fusion of Ghanaian bounces, Ghanaian highlife and Nigerian chord progression also features the trumpets by M.O.T- MO-T, a member of the popular South-African Band Mi-Casa. The song raises a question about the quality of song writing in the Afro Pop space. The less said about the quality of the writing here, the better.
The video directed by Meji Alabi is shot on a desolate road and sees Mr Eazi colorfully experiment with backdrops, dancers, and a choir.
