In a way that’s both inspiring and surprising, Mr Eazi has taken over the industry with his strong business acumen and musical dexterity barely two years after Nigerians planned to boycott him for his decision to copyright the Banku sound. Not only has he taken his music to the world stage, he has drawn out and actualized business plans from the positive recognition he has gotten and released a few projects, last of which is the widely and well received second installment of his Life is Eazi series. As he continues to trek the right path, he shares the first single since the release of Lagos to London titled Supernova, a hilarious but up-tempo Banku built love song.
On the Dre Skull and E Kelly produced single, Mr Eazi dips in and out of several pop culture references in a bid to steal the attention of the woman he’s pining after.
