Over the last couple of years, Godwin Tom’s Talent Management Training program has acted as an incubator of sorts for a range of potential players in the music industry. In a similar vein, Mr Eazi through his emPawa Africa initiative has sought to also help smooth the paths of upcoming artists. United by their shared goals, they’ll be collaborating on a talent management training program designed to provide an immersive learning experience and hands-on training for 5 lucky winners.
The Talent Management Training Program which starts on the 7th of September is to span for 3 months. Tom who can call upon his experience managing the likes of M.I, Wizkid, Wande Coal, Show Dam Camp, Beverly Naya and Waje and leading iManage Africa will act as Facilitator. The program will feature between 15 to 20 business visits to companies like CMA Group, TBWA, BHM, ACAS Law and others.
