Shaykeh Breathes Life Into Freedom Inspired Fun On ‘Gingër’

As the go-to name for singles that exist solely to bring life to parties, Ginger has never disappointed as a mood lifter, not as Wizkid’s and Burna Boy’s unifier or L.A.X’s breakout single. With a fiery performance laid on an instrumental that captures her richly driven passion, Shaykeh makes her presence and understanding of the word known on her new exclusive single titled Gingër.

As with its predecessors, Gingër sounds like it was crafted to constantly prompt listeners to keep dancing. It carries; at its base a live bass guitar played by YomWoody, that drives said vibe forward and maintains the groove from start to finish, and a production solo tied to the chorus which brings the already solid record to a climax. With this single, it seems like Shaykeh has joined industry greats in crafting unique artistic formula to create an addictive record.

Shaykeh speaks on her inspiration for the song, she said:

“It’s my way of encouraging people, especially women, to step into their element and let loose. Regardless of what society or what the next man/woman has to say, the moment you own your vibe, you’re unstoppable. So in plain words, Just Dance.”
