Fake Starboy, The Weeknd is set to be a part of H & M’s Spring 2017 campaign.
For the new project, The Weeknd will get to advertise a “Spring Icons” lineup, which include timeless menswear pieces set to debut on March 2 at stores internationally.
The artist is no stranger to the fashion industry, having linked up with PUMA and releasing his own capsule of music merchandise. The H&M collab release will also come at a good time since the drop happens on the first leg of the artist’s Legend of the Fall World Tour. In the image below provided by The Weeknd to announce the campaign, we see him wearing a bomber jacket detailed with his ‘XO’ symbol. It’s very likely that we will see this motif throughout the collection. Stay tuned with us as more information develops about this fashion and music team-up.
