Davido recently announced the signing of a brand new act, Mayorkun, to his record label, HKN. The record label now boasts the likes of Davido, B-Red, Sina Rambo, Danagog and Mayorkun as well as Deejay Olu as the official DJ.
On Mayorkun’s first interview, he speaks on working as a banker and how shortly after his resignation, a video of him singing The Money posted on Instagram and Twitter led to a message from Davido and inevitably led to him getting signed to HKN.
He speaks on his background and growing up in a family of musicians as well as the pressure mounted on him by many following the announcement of his signing to HKN. He also assures that he has enough in the bag to impress everyone and urges all to calm down and watch.
He lets out a list of some producers he has worked with including Kiddominant and Josh Beatz.
