Mr P throws it back in the video for ‘One More Night’

Very few veteran Nigerian artists have been able to remain relevant long after the industry has advanced beyond their time but both members of the former music group, P-Square have defied this phenomenon in more than one way. The brothers have managed to stay relevant amidst the backdrop of controversy and occasional releases powered by prominent features. Back to back, they dish out singles and this time, just weeks after the release of his collaboration with Niniola, One More Night, Mr P the ‘Dancing Twin’ returns this week with the video for the Daihard Beats produced track, one that’s reminiscent of his days as a Dancer and ‘Usher of Nigeria’.

The Godfather produced retro and Victorian styled Video sees Mr P and Niniola as the main subjects of the dramatic video. While Mr P entices his muse, Niniola with energetic and interesting moves, she steals the show with an exotic performance of her verse. Together, the duo display flawless onscreen chemistry characterized by interesting performances.

Mr P has shown no signs of clearing out of the music scene any time soon and while this is questionable seeing as he essentially only offers revamped versions of his old tracks these days, being a representation of the past is much needed in the rapidly growing Industry.
