A fusion of art, tech, and music — Otherwise, OctaFX & Bamboo presented the best of all worlds at Erudite! The Erudite exhibition by Otherwise just concluded its two-week run at Alliance Française, and closed out with Erudite Live! at the Alliance Française amphitheater. Guests were treated to a performance to remember from Ayra Star, Magixx, Wavythecreator and Lojay.
Curated by Seju Alero Mike, founder & lead curator of OSENGWA, art lovers were treated to the works of Elfreda Dali and friends Yusuff Aina Abogunde, Tierra Armstrong, Donna Duke, and Yadichinma Ukoha-Kalu and digital artist Niyi Okeowo. by Birthed in 2016, OSENGWA is a creative enterprise in the contemporary African art, fashion and lifestyle space.
These artists explored the subject of simultaneous introspection and retrospection — a state of advanced consciousness. The exhibition focused on each artist’s interpretation of this advanced consciousness and their mental metamorphosis influenced by the 2020 pandemic.
