QUESTIONS FOR EVERY NIGERIAN BY OSI ASIKA

How stupid we are!
We keep scratching at the scab of our civil war.
A war that could have, should have, been avoided, if cooler heads and truer hearts had prevailed.
We allow foreign religions to divide us, but yet funnily both preach love and tolerance, and make allowances for people of other faith. We, as usual, have corrupted the word and twisted it to fit our own selfish purposes.
What is so hard in treating another in a manner that you would want to be treated?
What is so hard in treating all life with the sanctity that you treat yours and that of your family?
What is so hard in treating others with kindness and civility?
What is so hard in telling the truth, doing the right thing?
We claim to be religious, God fearing, but in reality we are the spawn of the devil in our actions and utterances.
Can you honestly say that you are the sort of person you would want in Our Nigeria?
Food for thought.
